You may return most unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

To qualify:

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
  • Original packaging, manuals, and accessories are included.
  • Proof of purchase from Homedespot LLC is provided.

How to start a return: Email info@homedespot.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send a return authorization and the shipping address.

Return shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend a trackable service. Homedespot LLC is not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.

Refund timing: Refunds are issued after inspection, usually within 5–10 business days of receipt. Original outbound shipping is free on U.S. orders and is not deducted from an approved refund. Return freight paid by the customer is not refunded unless the return is caused by our error.

Non-returnable items:

  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Used, assembled, installed, or damaged items (except defects we caused)
  • Personalized or made-to-order items
  • Clearance items marked final sale

A restocking fee is not charged on standard unused returns received within the 30-day window.
